We do not accept any returns or exchange on any items.

ASSISTANCE

Should you require us to track your shipment, please quote your paypal reference number/email address and email to us at loys.skincare@gmail.com to inform us that your purchased items will be delivered via Singpost’s Smartpac.

We are not responsible for any lost items and should your item does not reach you, we are not responsible for any item replacement.

In the unlikely event your order does not arrive after 30 business days, please contact us at loys.skincare@gmail.com. We will take action to trace your order. Please include your PayPal order number and the shipment tracking number when referring to an order.
